First staff member I asked wasn't interested - walked around a while until I found someone else - what I needed wasn't on the sales floor but he dug around for 15 min and found one in the back.

I stood over by the computers for an hour and no one came to help me there were 3 or 4 sale guys working in that area I guess my purchase wasn't worth their help. I just have to go somewhere else to get my electronics. Wow
