No matter which best buy I go to, I always regret ever going because of their horrible customer service. Best Buy has been incorrectly charging me $15 AppleCare monthly charge for a phone I traded in two years ago. After three weeks of getting the run around by customer service, they ultimately refused to refund the incorrect charges. These crooks are perfectly okay with robbing me of $315 , nevermind the tens of thousands of dollars in appliances and electronics that I have spent over the years with this company. Even worse, they canceled the AppleCare for one of my other iphones which I never asked them to do and now I have no way of getting that AppleCare back. Absolutely horrific, incompetent, and dishonest customer service. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst phone service. Can’t talk to people in store and the bot doesn’t understand anything.
