Waiting 30 mins for someone to help cause eveything is behind glass. No one ever came to help. After asking 3 times and each time they say "just another minute". Ended up leaving with nothing after 30 mins standing around. Horribly managed store. Management should be ashamed of themselves for how they operate this store.

Buyer beware, use the online services available to order and pickup in store. If you wanted to shop the floor looking for products you need and desire any assistance during so good luck. I've long viewed best buy as the worst of the big brands for purchasing electronics needs but I'd travel a good extra 30 miles to avoid Best Buy in the Pittsburg area going forward.
