The geek squad refused to fix my watch issue after being there a month earilier & geek member reset my watch & told me to give it a while. Was told now it was out of warranty & would not give me a return. Talked down me to like I stole the watch & was looking for a scam. Manager refused to talk to us using the head set to relay messages to geek squad member. Very embarrassing & felt disrespected with all involved. Not recommended to anyone fir problems.

Either the Geek Squad personnel are very honest or I just got conned into buying a new laptop. Mine was out of warranty with a cracked screen and the tech said the $85 fee to send it plus the price of repair wasn't worth the trouble. For $600 I left with a new laptop with similar specs. The cracked laptop was $2000 five years ago.
