All I wanted was a cleaning kit for my TV'S and it took 7 associates about 15 minutes to find it, I was not HAPPY

Store employees very attentive with helping very clean store
One of the /best/ best buys in the area. Really great selection, and the friendliest staff. I was helped by Bella and she was so kind and went above and beyond my expectations, rarely do I shop in person anymore and enjoy it, this was an appreciated exception in the modern age. Would recommend choosing here if you're looking at best buy.
Horrible experience, purchased a dryer a year ago, they had to come out 3x to service it, they wouldn’t not replace it, when I called again today because again it’s not working they told me I would have to pay $125 for them to come out to fix it! Still will not replace it. I will be contacting the BBB
