On 4/5 I was helped by a wonderful person (Sui/Siu (apologies I don’t recall how their name was spelled,)) who was super kind, personable, and knowledgeable about iPhones and answered a ton of questions for me. On 4/6 I went in to buy a new phone and Emily was just as amazing. They answered every question I had with 100% confidence and got me set up and out the door with no issues at all.
These people need a raise and a vacation; because of employees like them I will always go to Best Buy for my tech purchases. Thank you!
Best Buy doesn't have some things available, but they are very courteous and helpful. A lot of their stock must be ordered online and not in store.
Shout out to the geek squad
My laptop died and everything from the last five years of my professional life was on it. I went to the West Mifflin / Pleasant Hills store on a Friday morning and had the good luck of getting Jackson as my salesperson. He was amazing. He understood how fearful I was of losing my files and data and he was patient with my questions and concerns. I left with the understanding it could take a few days to transfer my old laptop to the new one and I might not hear from them until Monday. They called the next day - about 24 hours after I left the store! When I went to get it I had another excellent interaction with Bella. She was very helpful with the questions I had about the laptop and gave me and my husband a great recommendation on an antenna for our TV. I'm very pleased with these two individuals and I'm glad Bella is part of the Geek Squad; I'll feel good if I have tech issues knowing she's there. Thank you Jackson, Bella, and the team at the West Mifflin / Pleasant Hills Best Buy.
