Not enough staff. I was shopping for a major appliance. I looked at every one that was out on the floor, then went to the front of the store to ask if someone was available to give me some information. He said I was first in line and that when that person finished with his current customer, he would be over. I waited for 10 minutes and left.
I'm a Total Best Buy member but I will never shop at Best Buy again. The customer service is non existent and the experience of shopping online is awful. Purchased a dishwasher with delivery and installation over three weeks ago with the delivery date set for today. I hadn't received any information so I called to check on the status. UNACCEPTABLE wait time, over an hour to speak with somome. They assured me it was hoing to je delivered by Noon, but the proble is, it was already 2pm. When I insisted they continue to look into the matter I was finally told that the truck was full but my dishwasher was not on the truck. I cancelled the order, asked for a full refund, and I will be canceling my membership as well. I get that things happen but this happened with another order a couple years ago. Should have learned my lesson. Also, no call, no email, nothing. I would have just been sitting and waiting had I not called to check. Sorry Best Buy, I'm out. They'll be closed within a few years anyway.

The staff was amazing, but they didn't have what I was looking for not their fault
Literally the worst best buy location...
In store displays are poorly done and look like something out of a thrift store especially the sound bars. Selection is very limited. Missing price tags. Also tried calling for tech support several times and nobody ever picked up after 15+ minutes waiting...
