Absolutely horrible!!! I’m never shopping at Best Buy again. I can’t believe they don’t have any solutions to help a repeat-customer who’s spent hundreds before, that needs to return a TV that they sold me broken.

I usually love BestBuy. I really do. And before today, I would have given 5 stars. But I visited this store today, and I couldn’t get any help with my issue. I ended up spending $300, and it didn’t fix my issue.
I don’t really blame the staff. They seem nice enough. There just aren’t enough staff at this location. I think the store should hire more people.
This review goes to Austin, Nick, Trevor and the other boys from the Concord NH store who helped with my hassle of transaction this morning I really appreciate all your help and honoring the price I was originally supposed to get it for. Thank you all again ❤️❤️

Great service. Immediately was asked if I needed help. Was pointed In The right direction. Got what I needed. The cashier was also very nice. Happy and delightful to deal with
