Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about products. They helped me to pick out the perfect TV for my needs and preferences.
Great counter service, food prepared as ordered, extremely clean.
Their hospitality needs work. I waited for 15 minutes while not being greeted one time, just awkward stares as if i didn't belong. I then left to do another errand and returned to see if the staff would be willing to assist. I then asked and was told, "they're busy, they're helping other customers. there's a line if you'd like to join". I wasn't asked what i needed help with I was just met with there's a line. I didn't need the incorrect shopping recommendations as others were receiving. I needed a legitimate 60 seconds worth of a minimally trained employees time. A cashier and a key could have solved this whole issue. I've never in all my time worked so hard to give a company money. This review will be edited based upon the follow up I receive from management, your time is appreciated and i look forward to hearing from you.
Terrible service—don’t waste your time here.
I walked in needing help finding a product, but the girl at the front acted like I was bothering her. I waited 15 minutes for assistance, and no one ever came to help. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
