Absolute garbage customer service and contact. Canceled 2 appointments with no phone call so I had to waste 2 hrs driving to an appointment they couldn't install. And getting smug response from the manager claiming it's someone else that was supposed to call because twice the installer called out. Never going to this Concord location again. Poor attitude and crap customer service. I am so mad right now.

I had to go for geek squad , and if I’m reviewing them then I’d be happier if there was somewhere else I could choose from . They turn around time is ridiculous. They make you set appts but are never on time.
