I knew what i wanted and was behind the teller so was in and out fairly quickly
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this store. I bought an Open Box product that was in excellent condition. When I received the product, there was no control, manual or power cable and nothing else. Unfortunately, I found it to be a terrible store. I will never go back to it.

The staff was friendly, greeting me and saying goodbye when I entered/exited, and helping me with an online order pickup and in-store purchase. They were knowledgeable about everything in stock and helped me evaluate all options before making a decision. In all honesty, I have had a few lackluster experiences at the Watertown Best Buy. HOWEVER, my last two visits have been complete 180 from before, which compelled me to leave a review! I hope the staff sees this review and that they know their hard work is noticed and appreciated.
Selection and Price is Not as good as it used to be.
