Non-existent customer service. Every employee in the building completely ignored me even as I practically chased them down... until the door greeter learned that I was shopping for appliances and offered to go get someone to help me. No, you don't get help me and take my $$ after you learn I'm trying to spend thousands of $$ when you ignored me before that. I'll spend even more $$ at another store where ALL shoppers are treated like valued customers rather than buy something here on sale.
