Honestly answered great store. Its small and I had 1 issue. The item I bought had 2 on the rack. It was listed at $89. When they rang it up came back at $129. I told them there was another at $89 on the same spot. They proceeded to tell me we'll look it up. Came back at the $129 cost. Fine. Asked if they were going to correct the other item and got a nonchalant response about "oh yeah it'll happen". No confirmation that they had items on the wrong spot and lackluster in the whole response. I selected the item over another because it was more storage for cheaper. Little frustrating that it wasn't where it was supposed to be with the store so slow. Should be able to maintain their store appropriately.only Bestbuy near me so will return at some point if what I need isn't available online.

Great service, knowledgeable employees! Only hiccup was that delivery was a month out. Which I don't think was best buys issue but a geek squad contractor quitting.
I have no issue with Best Buy and will be back!

Their price match is a straight up lie. Wanted to buy a Samsung Galaxy A56 phone that Amazon has on sale for $399.99 (and yes it is shipped and sold by Amazon) but the manager at this store refused to price match, in his words he said the price was too low. Nowhere on their website does it say they won't price match because the price is too low, all it says is it has to be the same model and "shipped/sold by Amazon". This met all the criteria yet they refused. No wonder Bestbuy is a dying company.
