LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Went in looking for a Chromebook. Seem only 3 on display so I asked for some assistance. Was told somebody would come. 10 mins later still nobody but I seen 2 associates talking it up. One seen me and nodded but didn't come over. This is horrible and disrespectful. I had every intention to buy something but after this I'm done with Best Buy. Not only time had lousy customer here. Shame on everyone here

Horrible experience! I placed two orders over the phone. On the first order, they got my email address wrong (after I repeated it MANY times). When the items arrived in the store, they contacted the wrong email address, and it caused the items to be returned. The second set of items were ordered over the phone. However, they show no record of this order. After spending hours trying to sort out the mess, I was told that they would not honor the sale price of our original orders. In store, the staff was kind but weren't able to help. Over the phone, I got transferred, disconnected, and finally told they were going to charge me an additional $1,500 as the items were no longer on sale. Very frustrating.
