Absolutely terrible. Cannot get through to anyone at the store. You have to deal with some idiotic AI voice over the phone that eventually transfers you to India. Once you’re in India, it’s nothing but morons reading from a script and refusal to transfer you to the store. What should literally take a few minutes turned into hours! Finally someone told me that Bestbuy no longer answers the phones, emails, or call back requests from the store that it all goes to India now. There’s a reason why their stock went from $125 a share to $60 a share since they started doing this. Finally cancelled my order of over $3,000 and went to Cowboy Maloney where they actually answer the phone and want to deal with customers. It’s mind boggling that in 2026 a business still tries to pull this crap. Everyone blamed corporate. Fire whoever thought this was a great idea and fire whoever agreed with it. I’m sure your shareholders would love to know you’re ignoring customers.

Went it to purchase a laptop no one helped. Finally did an online order with the store clerk an he put in the wrong order for my laptop. So I had to return it. Worst store ever.
