Fantastic customer service from Gage. I had [too] many questions about cameras and he was more than happy to answer. It helped that photography is a hobby of his because I didn't accidentally buy a part I couldn't use.
I'm only taking off one star because the in-store stock didn't have what I needed (Canon to Sony adapter lenses which I would believe is in decent demand, nor other window-shopping accessories for Sony cameras), but the customer service was a 10/10.

Absolutely no help multiple times ive Been there. I try to get a case unlocked to buy something and no one wants to do anything. Absolutely horrible best buy.

Title: A Useless Store That Never Has What I Need
I almost never shop at Best Buy anymore because they never have the simplest items in stock. Last week I needed a basic cable for my new Mac Mini—they didn’t have it. Instead, a salesperson tried to push a $240 Bluetooth system on me. I ordered the exact cable on Amazon for $9.
Today I gave Best Buy another chance, looking for a simple USB-C to Micro-B cable. After being told they had it, I wasted time driving there only to find out they didn’t. Again.
How does this store stay in business? They never have the basics, always try to upsell, and leave you walking out empty-handed. It’s embarrassing they’re still around. Total waste of time.
Bought an open box QLED Samsung TV at an AWESOME PRICE however, there was a discrepancy regarding the accessories the tv came with. The website said it came with all the accessories but when I got there, the power cord, remote, and stand were missing. Tyrone, the pick up agent went COMPLETELY above and beyond and out of his way to try to make it right. Then, RICH the manager stepped in. At first he didn’t think he could do anything but then after I explained the website said the accessories were included. Rich went ABOVE AND BEYOND to include the remote and power cord for FREE! It was mistake on the website, the store advertised it correctly, but Rich made it right! Thanks Tyrone and Rich! Alejandro was nice too! This place was awesome!!!
