This was our first time purchasing a dishwasher at Best Buy, and the experience was excellent from the moment we walked in. We were greeted at the front door and asked how the team could help us. Within five minutes, Jairo introduced himself and guided us through the many dishwasher options. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the dishwasher that best fit our needs. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Jairo provided excellent customer service. The dishwasher was installed today and so far we are very happy with our purchase.

I drove an hour for the meta displays, precious helped me out she was great and actually made me realize the gen 2 were better. I bought a gen 1 and gen 2 wayfer gloss black with clear lenses. I explicitly said I did not want green lenses, and once I am back home and open it up guess what I got? Green lenses. I tried to call the store and had to argue with their ai virtual assistant to be Transferred to someone and I got transferred to someone who was not even at the store.

Items are readily available
The people work there have really no clue on what they're selling and that said it's a nice place and the prices are good. That's why I give it three stars but the personnel there very disappointing.
They ask for your number to email your receipt then the dofus with the glasses at the front asks to see it, literally wearing walkies but can't have the cashier tell the guy "xyz paid for their item" why is the cashier complaing about cash? Awkward place truly, just buy it off Amazon or take the trip to the other location.
