It was good , got there before the sales technicians arrived this morning, waited and they help me find what I was looking for, one of the techs have working since 2003 and a new tech arrived 6 months ago excited and new. It was a pleasant experience with a knowledgeable tech and finding equipment withe the new tech. Oh, I got a computer, washer/dryer and looked at alarm systems
Brand new LG dryer door broke. Part needs to be replaced. Spoke to Best Buy said they would bring part but they did not communicate it to delivery guy. He showed up without the part creating the need for a second appt. Have an appt to replace part today but received no delivery window. There is no one to communicate with. They expect you to take an entire day off of work just for a repair appt. On top of it it has been almost a year with a Viking 48 inch range that has a broken small oven. It was nice of us to loan it to us but we ordered a dual fuel and they delivered an all gas with a broken oven. Still waiting for the proper range.
