Replaced my 10yr old Galaxy phone and Tablet last week. Vaughan was my tech, and he did a wonderful job transferring my files etc. to my new phone. He is a very respectful and kind young man, as well as being tech. savvy.
Customer service is worst I've ever had at a Best Buy.

Stopped to pick up a computer that they sent out to repair had to watt 1 hour can’t get a check in so I could go look around the store had to sit and wait or somebody would take your spot need more than one person at the check-in or have numbers you can take so you can shop around
