Arrived fully intending to procure a laptop. Patiently waited for the guy at the laptops to finish up with another customer, but it was taking a long time. He radio'd my description and for someone to help me, but no one came. I saw other staff standing around doing nothing. After 15 minutes, I left. What's funny is the door attendant noticed me and did try to help, but I just kept walking at that point. Plenty of staff, not enough service.

We went to Best Buy for a Samsung cell phone. The Samsung representative David was extremely helpful with helping us choose a phone and setting it up for us. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. We highly recommend David with Samsung at this Best Buy.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Ashley, who provided the best customer service I've encountered in ages! She was incredibly patient and attentive while assisting me during checkout, making sure to address all of my questions and concerns. Her warm demeanor and willingness to help truly made a difference. I would gladly go out of my way just to receive such outstanding service again!
