Ppl just ignored me and there was only 3 ppl shopping..atleast 4 workers just walked by me even with me saying excuse me to them

Best Buy located in Vineland, New Jersey, is my go-to for electronics! Great selection, competitive prices, and knowledgeable staff. Online ordering is seamless, and in-store pickup is fast. Customer service is top-notch. Always a reliable place for my electronic and tech needs!!
I was unhappy with the customer service experience at the Vineland Best Buy when attempting to buy an Apple Watch. I had trouble locating so I wandered the store a bit. Most of the team members were chatting with each other or texting and couldn’t be bothered to help. I approached a group of team members when I located the watches. The store didn’t allow me to try on the watch or even see a different size of the watch, which made it difficult to make an informed decision. I decided not to purchase. I expect better customer service for a high end product. I did find another store that provided more support during my purchase and they price matched with Best Buy.
Consider shopping at another store or directly from Apple if you are looking for an elevated experience.
