Staff was very friendly and helpful. Online it said they had an item in stock but when I went they couldn't locate it. They were able to get the item I needed at the Honolulu store and had it ready when I got there.

I asked for an appointment to replace an iPad battery. They refused to make one. They said I had to bring the iPad in to be evaluated first, then they would make an appointment for a second trip, this time to get the battery replaced. Why do they not sell a customer a battery if he says that is what he wants. Why are customers treated as clueless dummies who have nothing better to do than make multiple trips to the store?

Horrible service. Order 2 balance electric bikes for my kids for Christmas, was supposed to receive them few day after Christmas, picked up one and checked there in stock, it showed they had few in stock but my second one was not ready for pickup. Now it’s almost new years and shows that my pickup has been delayed and they have non in stock. Seems like they sold my second purchased bike that I was waiting to pickup. I call bullshit on this store and there customer service.

Purchased a mouse Pro X Superlight 2 for my son along with gaming laptop and a bunch of other goodies. On Christmas Eve he opened the mouse box and to our surprise nothing was inside. Stopped by today and they replaced it no questions asked awesome service and friendly.
