Truly the most incompetent Best Buy I’ve ever been to in my life. There are probably 50 staff on duty at any given time, yet it’s like pulling teeth trying to get some help. The male workers here are lazy, rude, and not respectful whatsoever. One guy who helped me didnt even take the time to confirm my address before ordering something for delivery for me, thus leading us to have to refund the whole transaction and re-do it again. THEN, after I pay he runs off to his lunch break. No goodbye, no thank you for shopping with us, nothing—!! And I still needed help! So I had to HUNT down ANOTHER staff member to help me. Most of them are just standing around with their boto in their hand trying to flirt with female staff and talking about video games. There is no care, consideration, or attention to PAYING customers whatsoever. Cameron in particular was a real tool. Extremely rude, condescending, misogynistic, and he went on his lunch break in the middle of helping me. He said “be right back” and I waited 15 minutes before another staff member informed me that he was no longer in the building. You would think they don’t want people shopping here with the way they treated me. I was prepared to buy an iPhone in FULL here, but honestly with how awful my experience was I just decided to refund my whole order and consider other options. because honestly this was ridiculous. You guys need some serious customer satisfaction training—AND common sense. 0 stars, never shopping here again.

They are the worst delivery service. I would not shed a tear if this place burned to the ground. They want me to reschedule a delivery for a third time, absolute worst.
