I would’ve given a five for the in-store experience however the follow up is terrible. I was told I could contact the in-store associate to place our order and he would get credit. He gave me a cloaked email address, but I have received no response since I reached out. And it’s unbelievable, but you literally cannot contact anyone in the store by phone. Everything goes through a voice tree. If anyone knows Ozzy in the Salisbury store, please tell him to contact me, Robert London.

Make sure you do your research before you come into the store. I’m an adult and I don’t play games unlike the staff so why would I know about Nintendo compatibility buying a switch lite and a switch 2 game when all the cases look the same …the guy Rang my stuff up, but was obviously more concerned about making the sale so when the video game didn’t work for my daughter my wife tried to return she was refused store credit or a refund. The manager didn’t offer a solution. The nerd squad or whatever should have caught this. I’m done with this place.
