The manager should be fired or quit himself. He clearly doesn’t like his job or is attempting to sabotage Best Buy completely. Didn’t get off his chair to help me after I purchased thousands of dollars worth of computers for my business. I will forever go to Staples from now on for every electronic need because of this one individual. You know who you are and what you did. Ps: I found the laptop covers

The installation experts that installed my washer and dryer had to come back and fix the dryer vent. They immediately discovered the issue, and rest assured me everything should be working going forward. I also want to add reassurance that if I have any more problems, don’t hesitate to reach out to Best Buy. Thank you Best Buy for placing experience installers in place.
The employees here were great with finding the last item I needed in the store. I just hate they only have a 15 day return policy….

I went in looking for a 55' tv since my daughter broke mine. Service was great. He answered all my questions. I forget his name but he was awesome. I walked out happy. I will be going back for more bc they had nice sales going on too!!
