Very unreliable delivery services.
Had two delivery appointments for two different appliances that I made weeks in advance. The night before and the morning of the appointment I get texts confirming the delivery window for the first delivery. Five hours later i get a text saying “time to reschedule your delivery” with no explanation. I call customer service and they have no information other than I need to reschedule. The representative assures me the 2nd delivery for the other appliance which is scheduled for the next day is on track. I get the confirmation text the next morning saying delivery is scheduled for the afternoon and the app says it’s “out for delivery” the delivery window passes and no one showed up. Best Buy customer service says there are no notes in the system and the delivery service isn’t answering their phone. They are 0 help. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with Best Buy. I won’t be shopping with them again.
