How do I check product availability at the Tustin Best Buy?

Never had a good experience at this location. Employees lack customer service skills and seem not to care if you shop at this location or not. Apparently they are not allowed to "disclose" inventory levels to customers. Not sure why this is but I assume corporate has trained them to say this. Also Employees tend to be stand off ish and rude, I feel like I am being a huge inconvenience to Employees when asking for help. I have worked in the market place next to this location for the past 15 years and do not enjoy visiting this store.
