Absolutely painful waiting for anyone to do anything here. Came in and tried to buy two TVs quickly and it took me over an hour to do so. This should’ve been a quick transaction and they tried to hand me off to a Samsung rep that wasn’t even available. And then took them 25 minutes to look for two TVs they had in stock that weren’t even there. I ended up having to buy a more expensive model LG TV. Then, while waiting to get them loaded into my car, I had to wait for somebody to come out for another 15 minutes to bring them from the front door out to the street. Only come here if you feel like wasting half of your day!

don't take your phone here for apple care no one here has any idea what they are doing
I walked in the store and the girl asked if she could help me, great I say, but she only pointed out where I should go and said she will contact someone to come over and help me. THAT NEVER HAPPENED.. A LOT OF EMPLOYEES WALKING AROUND LOOKING AT ME STAND THERE FOR 20 MINUTES AND NEVER CAME UP TO ASSIST ME. THE EMPLOYEES DO A LOT OF WALKING AROUND TALKING WITH ONE ANOTHER INSTEAD OF HELPING THE CUSTOMER. WOW. I WILL JUST BUY ALL MY ELECTRONICS FROM AMAZON.
