I purchased a dryer I store on Nov 2nd. The dryer was to be delivered on Nov 12th. The delivery person arrived with the wrong cord for the dryer. We were told that the salesman ordered the wrong cord. The delivery was rescheduled for Friday from 6a-7p. I called several times to confirm delivery and reassured it would be delivered. No one showed up. The lack of concern from Best Buy has been been very frustrating. I paid for a product along with delivery and keep getting the runaround with now a delivery of the 20th. I requested to pickup the product and now told that it is no longer available until the 20th…..a product that I purchased on the 2nd was sold to someone else! This is the worst experience ever! Best Buy how could you?????

Staff was helpful product in stock but be careful at the register. They were talking about a gift card and needed an id to finish ringing up my fire stick I got a notification from my credit monitoring services moments later of a hard inquiry on my credit.
