Well, where do I start? I bought a TV in Jackson, Tennessee from them. Supposed to be voice controlled, roku drove an hour there and an hour back I didn't unbox it cut, I was going to move to another house that I had bought so I didn't unbox it for 2 or 3 months. And then when I did it didn't have any feet didn't have a Voice Control remote. I called them and asked him. Could they send them to me in the mail? So I didn't have to make a 2 hour trip now which would have been a 2 and a 1/2 hour trip. And they just ignored me. Told me to box the TV up and bring it back. Screw them then. I made the mistake of buying a radio from him from my Van had a 2 o'clock appointment. They kept telling me to get there early so I got there at 1:30. The guy told me he was running a little behind. It'd be about 3 o'clock. So I said, okay, can I know that things like that happen? He finally pulled my band in at four o'clock, then the salespeople was bringing people off the floor that we're installing their own radios, but they had to ask the installer how to do it so at 5 o'clock, he still haven't touched my Van. Some guy walked by and knew I'd been in there since 130 and asked me what was going on and I told him so he went in there. And I guess said something to the guy and they got right on my Van, because he'd been talking to people telling this guy how to put his radio in For an hour and i've already been there since.One thirty so that's only two times i've ever been to best buy so I doubt I'll ever go again
