The Best Buy in Valdosta,Ga is ridiculously small, and its prices are horrendous overpriced. Furthermore, instead of moving their store into a larger space, they inconvenient the customer by ordering the majority of merchandise out. Which means a second trip to the store.
If you're stupid enough to have expensive items sent to your home, you risk porch pirates stealing your electronic ordered equipment.
Wake up, Best Buy! Your risking profits and losing customers.

Always friendly, great items in stock. But sometimes it's hard to find an associate to assist with things.
I received great customer service during my visit. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I told the employee the AC power cord that was needing and she helped me find in just a few seconds. The cashier was very friendly and provided great customer service. The store is well organized and seems like it has any electronic you could want. They also have great deals and reasonable prices.
Cris was awesome today! He helped me very thoroughly and intentionally with the purchase of a new tv. Incredible customer service and knowledge. Very professional and friendly. Thank you so much!
