Buyer beware. We purchased a television yesterday that comes with a remote. There was not a remote in the box. Upon attempting to call the store to get this issue rectified (cannot set up the new television without a remote), we were unable to reach anyone at this actual store. The answering service they use doesn't have any employees who speak English as a first language. I was lied to and told that the store doesn't even have a phone 🧐
The person at the answering service told me they would rather have dissatisfied customers return large purchases than ship a remote to us or put a credit on the purchase to reimburse us for having to buy our own.
The salesman was fantastic, unfortunately the after-purchase experience has been absolutely abhorrent.

Called and ask if they recycled t.v and they said yes and we took it in and they said it would be $35.00
