How do I check product availability at the Dothan Best Buy?

I went to the Geek Squad. The young man was very helpful. My tablet would not charge anymore. I have been paying the Apple Care protection. When he reached to out to get the verification to send it out to be serviced, he was informed that my tablet had been discontinued and Apple would not be able to fix it. He advised me to call Apple Support to see if I could get my money back on a service that I am paying for that I can't use. He gave me their number. He also told me to get a wireless charger and see if my tablet would charge that way. If it does then we know it's a port problem instead of a battery problem. Super nice young man. Great customer service.

Love the service at Best Buy. It's my go to store for anything electronic. We went today and they searched for an item in the back for me and found what I needed! Kudos to the Best Buy workers for that one. The prices are often better than the usual discount stores too.
