Best Buy Store Pickup lets you buy online, skip the shipping charge, and pick up your order in as little as 45 minutes after you placed it. At select stores, you even get to use a reserved front-row parking spot. Please note:
If item is not available at the selected store, you may choose to Ship to Store, excluding music, DVDs, special orders, select video games and “online only” items.
Here’s how it works:1. Place an eligible item in your cart and choose the Pick Up option.
2. Click Select Store, enter your ZIP code or city/state. Some items may be available for store pickup today. Other items may be available for ship to store. Select the store where you’d like to pick up your purchase.
NOTE: If an item is available for ship to store, the store pickup information in your cart and the order confirmation will indicate the future date available at your store.
3. Complete your order.

You can place an order and have someone else pick it up. During checkout, simply provide the name and e-mail address of the person who will pick up your order.

Ship to Store
If your item is not immediately available for pickup at your local store, but is available online, we can ship it to your store with free shipping. Excludes: music, DVDs, select video games and “online only” items. The process for ordering and picking up your item is the same as it is for regular store pickup. We’ll send you a ready-for-pickup e-mail when your item is ready at the store.
Warehouse Pickup
Instead of scheduling delivery for some larger items, you have the option of picking them up at a Best Buy warehouse near you. The online checkout process is the same as it is for regular store pickup. We’ll send you a ready-for-pickup e-mail when your item is ready at our warehouse.

Store Pickup Price Match Guarantee
If your product is available at a lower price in the store at the time of pickup, your original form of payment will automatically be adjusted to reflect the lowest available price.
Store Pickup and Pre-OrdersSome pre-ordered movies, music and games are available for store pickup. If this option is available, you’ll see it noted in the gray box on the left side of a product detail page. The store pickup process for pre-ordered items is the same as it is for other items. Your pre-ordered item will be available for pickup on the release date.
Store Pickup and Mobile Phone OrdersIf you are picking up a mobile phone, mobile phone accessory or broadband card, please pick up your order in the Best Buy Mobile department. Changing Your Shipping or Pickup OptionsTo change your shipping or pickup options after you’ve placed an order, call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).
To cancel your pickup, call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289). Please have your credit-card information handy.
Your order will be held at the pickup store for 8 days. To ensure your security, if you do not pick up your order within this timeframe, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
