Don't try to call them. They have the worst automated phone system I've ever delt with. I had to cal 5 different times to get through to a live person. Then he was rude that I was bothering him with questions about a $2000.00 tv I was considering buying. I guess I'll have to spend my money at Walmart across the street. It's always a struggle with this company! Plus I purchased a new hard drive for my computer. It didn't work so I took it back to the store and they said it wasn't the hard drive they sold me and refused to return it. WHAT A SCAM!

I went into Best Buy and purchased a TV with a wall mount and paid for installation. I paid an extra $100 for next day delivery, when the “geek squad” showed up to perform the instillation the following Monday to instal the note stated that the instal was cancelled for unknown reasoning. When I called to reschedule it was several weeks later so I had to wait again. Now it has been several times talking to Best Buy online trying to receive the $100 back and change the phone number they have on file. They have an old number on file. When calling help support they had said they could not update my information. When the “geek squad” attempted to deliver and instal a second time they were calling the incorrect number leading to failure to deliver once again! I got into contact with help support again and finally was able to change my contact information. I was told I had to reschedule for the third time and will have to wait until the following month. I’m very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Best Buy help support and the Best Buy staff. This has been very frustrating having to go back and forth over the phone and I still have not received my money back that was paid for next day installation. I will not be returning to Best Buy after this experience!
