Damn, Best Buy has really gone downhill. I couldn’t get any help in the store, so while waiting I just ordered from Amazon and left. Save yourself the trip—order from Amazon instead.

Went into the branch this morning with a BitLocker issue. That was a really nice young man. Told me it was going to be almost $200 with e-warranty plan for one year. When I came back tonight was dealing with Cody. Waited in line for almost 15 minutes. There was someone in front of us looking at a refurbished computer to purchase. No problem. When it came our turn that person had left. We started talking to Cody about our computer and came across another issue which Cody was helping us with. The person came back about the refurbished computer and Cody was going back and forth between us and the roofer bush computer person. Then a guy in the gray shirt and a beard which I'm assuming may be. His manager waved them off of us and basically told him to stop dealing with us and only deal with the person to sell the refurbished computer at which point we were basically no longer being serviced and we left. Where's customer service ever. I hope management sees this and talks to the guy in the gray sweatshirt with the beard who is obviously not very good at customer service and only looking for commission. He obviously thinks we never shop. Little does he know we don't buy refurbished we buy new. We won't be buying through you anymore. Sorry for your luck.

Stopped by so my sister could get her laptop fixed. Tristen with the Geek Squad was great as was the guy at the entrance. We met a Marine Corps veteran also waiting and visited with about the Corps. This tall disheveled employee walked up and rudely asked if we had an appointment. We said yes and the gentleman said no. This employee rudely replied Yes you need one and he walked away. As he walked away his backside was exposed. I complained to a manager and she said his appearance bothers her too. Not sure if his nasty appearance was or is going to be addressed. Hopefully so. He looked like he just rolled out of bed. You think they would hold employees to a better looking standard!
