I had aGE portable dishwasher that developed numerous problems within just its first year. When I reached out to Best Buy, they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Instead of a hassle, they provided a completely fair resolution and helped me replace it with a new Whirlpool dishwasher, which has been performing so much better!
It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely stands behind what they sell and works hard to ensure the customer is happy. Best Buy turned a frustrating situation into a great experience, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend!
I purchase many items at Best Buy: lap top, printers, washer, dryer, wifi cameras, a water dispenser, it’s good to know that I am buying from a company that helps loyal customers when a problem arises! I ALWAYS buy the geek squad protection which is very helpful when something goes wrong!
