Overall a nice experience, we dealt with Geek Squad.
Unfortunately they failed to communicate that our device needed a replacement motherboard, so we drove back up, just to be told the issue wasn't fixed. We knew it wouldnt be, but when they called us, they phrased it like it was, so that waa frustrating.
Staff are otherwise nice and helpful, store is clean and pleasant to shop at.
Went in with my husband on a Friday afternoon. They all acted as if We were going to steal Everything in the store! Following us around but never asked did we need help. I didn't have my purse with me. Neither one of us had a bag or anything. When we did help they couldn't answer any questions nor did they know anything about what we were inquiring about. We walked out! We will not be going back to this store or any Best Buy for that matter!!

Huge shout out to Tim (Samsung rep) for guiding me in the right direction for my most recent TV purchase. I feel like he heard my needs and budget clearly and took those details into consideration when leading me into which TV to get. He put the costumer needs ahead of his professional loyalty to Samsung and personal preference, which did not go unnoticed. He shared with me facts, details, and reviews to help me make my final decision. He was patience and not pushy, which I appreciate as an "indecisive girlie". Thank you Tim, I cannot wait to enjoy our new TVs.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went in this past Sunday to purchase a wireless charger for my iPhone 16. Barely anyone in the store. I asked the 1st person I saw which turned out to be someone that worked in the back. He pointed me to someone else to ask. I took the box over to that person asking if the charger would work on my device because the newest version that showed on the box was the iPhone 14. He said that it should work. I asked him if I could test it because he was unsure. He said that I can buy it and test it out in my car.... I asked again if I could test it in the store and he said no. I responded asking if he could show me one that would work with my phone. His response was pointing to the row in the store that had the chargers, which I already knew where the row was obviously because I picked up the box from that row and brought it to him initially. I didn't want to spend $120 on a charger unless I knew it would work on my phone. I don't live nearby and didn't want to take a chance on having to return it. I ended up finding the cheapest one and purchased it.
