Jacob in electronics (computers) was AMAZING!!! Professional, respectful, and knowledgeable young man who exemplified GREAT customer service!! He assisted us with finding a laptop while educating and explaining the differences and giving recommendations based on our needs. Jacob really listened to our request and made the experience one worth having. I hope you all recognize & celebrate employees like him. Thank you Jacob!

I wish I could give 0 stars…My 74 year old mother ordered a 55 inch TV from Best Buy. Obviously she cannot set it up herself. It took my husband about 3 weeks to be able to get to her house and set it up since we both have jobs. When we pulled the TV out of the box, it looked fine. When we turned it on, there was a huge crack (unable to be seen just by looking at the TV) and the picture would not come up. She was unable to get her TV set up before the 15 day return window. When she called, Best Buy wanted to charge her nearly $200 to “evaluate the problem.” That’s about half of what the TV costs. I highly suggest buying electronics from Amazon as they do returns and understand if THEY SEND A DAMAGED ITEM. This is just sad and Best Buy is pathetic for not helping their customers.

The staff is very nice friendly knowledgeable. I was so excited I've got the young man's name they waited on me but this guy was very professional
