How do I check product availability at the Hoover Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Hoover Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

0 stars. Employee convinced me to order a bro camera that was out if stock alongside multiple large purchases and now I go to look for delivery and there isn't one. He listed it as "picked up in store" when he himself showed me at the shelf there were none in stock. Ive spent multiple hours with support text and phone. And the person at the call center was rude and spouted off to me and tells me that I have to drive back to the store to get the problem resolved. When I requested what the process they would have to take to resolve the issue he told me "what do you think". Then proceeds to act like I should have know they were going to have to check the cameras. And then I ask if there is any way to transfer me to the store and he replies with " you have been trying to reach the store for a long time dont you think I would have transferred you already" I will be canceling my accounts pronto. It's a waste of my time and my fuel for a product I was nit delivered and can not revive tech support on an order that was supposed to be shipped. This is insanity.
