Purchased an IMAC for my 84 year old mother in law. Paid for Geek Squad to set it up. They did not install her apple ID on the system, and she is locked out. You cannot directly call the store, you get transferred to some off shore call center, and enough is enough. They took her money and did nothing, and give her a run around. Avoid Best Buy at all costs.

Went to recycle a computer monitor that was no longer needed. They accepted it with no issue, no cost! I did buy a new one there about 7 months ago, but they didn’t even ask. Perfect transaction!

With the exception of one sales person that I dealt with for my transaction, I would definitely not recommend Best Buy and will never shop there again major problems that could’ve been avoided, had they been a little more customer centric! I’m actually having two problems at the same time both with Best Buy. As I said, I would not recommend Best Buy to my worst enemy.
