I hope these people are not on commission, they would be broke. I was trying to buy a USB cord, all they would do is point over to where they was.
Only one cashier for a line of people. Will not return except to get a refund on my cord and go elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy. The staff was unhelpful and appeared uninterested in assisting me with my purchase. The store was disorganized, making it difficult to find what I needed. I expected better service and quality from a reputed retailer. Would not recommend this location.

Extremely disorganized and poorly managed. Drove an hour to this location to pick up an open box phone which had been listed as available on Best Buy website at this location and no staff were able to locate this item. Not the first time in fact this has happened on several occasions to the extent that an employee named Aaron, the only helpful employee at this location, who has helped me locate missing products several times before, was unable to find this item or others like it during my visit. Not sure if the issue is theft or general disorganization, however, this is a recurring pattern and I left without purchasing anything and this location lost out on me spending over $1000. I will not be returning and I hope the appropriate actions are taken to address poor customer service (aside from 1 individual) and even worse management.
