I try to shop in stores instead of online so people have an opportunity to work and have a job. Just left the store, horrible. Looking for something in particular, maybe 10 customers in the whole store. 2 employees at the little desk when you first walk in, 5 ( doing nothing at the service/checkout desks, 1 stocking, and 2 others doing nothing( all up front) the warehouse girl asked me if she could help but knew nothing about the product. She was nice. Others workers saw me and didn't budge. I left. Not only will I not be back, won't shop on line. Shame on your managers. This is how it starts, good luck Best Buy.

Ordered an AppleWatch 11 42mm S/M band for my wife while it was on sale. They sent me a 46mm M/L band instead, which is way too big for her. Of course, they won't let me exchange it, I can only return the one they incorrectly sent and be refunded the sale price, and then re-buy the one I want at full price. This is far from the first time this same scenario has played out. Same scenario with a laptop and a dashcam in just the past six months. Buy on sale, they ship the wrong item, I get refunded the sale price and have to repurchase the correct item at full price because the sale has ended.
