I came here trying to buy some RAM and I showed the SKU number to the Best Buy worker and he went to the back to grab it. I waited around 30 minutes for this to be done, normally this would be fine. He came back telling me they did not have the RAM I was asking for in stock even though online it said they had two in stock. He said my only option was to buy the RAM that was $40 more and there was nothing else he could do to help me. As I was leaving he also told me ordering it online is a waste even if it says in stock because I did this they would just cancel the order. Well my dad ordered the RAM anyway and it showed up. In stock I guess the guy was lying to me or he was mistaken but a major waste of time just to find out they had it in stock.

There is 1 employee who is amazing! He was extreamly kind and able to help find what I was looking for. He had noticed my daughter looking at the barbies while he was helping me with bags. He had finally said that he wanted to give her 1 - that he wanted to pay for it himself. I was so taken back by his generosity. He then told me that every year, he donates to Toys for Tots. My daughter was extremely happy, as was I. This is clearly a man who goes above and beyond - which made my experience of shopping for electronics a lot less stressful. I wished I had gotten his name, because he definitely needs recognition.
I had an amazing experience at Best Buy today thanks to Marcos G in the tech department. I was shopping for a Surface Pro, and he made the whole process so easy. Marcos was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I needed. He guided me through all the options without any pressure and helped me feel confident in my purchase.
It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that his customer service was outstanding. If you’re shopping for any tech, definitely ask for Marcos!
