Bought Gaming monitor and as I was in for pickup, no one was at the Pickup Online orders counter. Had to wait 20 minutes as employees kept looking around or at each other. When someone finally arrived, I found out that the store switched my monitor with another customer. I don't even know how that is possible since IDs get checked everytime someone come to pick up the items. Even though me and someone else have the same item, out name tags are switched on the scan sticker. Not even that, I had to wait another half hour for the guy to make sure he was OK to give me the monitor even though he said that it shpuld not be a problem. Complete waste of time. I wonder what happen I go in store to return it as they will ask for my ID right? Because the name on the scan sticker isn't mine. Had to be this store because the monitor was available here and this was second closest to me. I would rather wait for item to arrive in stock at my actual store next time. 4/10 service.

Customer service was genuinely awful I waited so long to get someone to help me, while all the workers were in a group talking. When I finally got help the guy told me not to get a macbook but to get windows which wasn’t what I wanted and seemed extremely reluctant to sell me it? very odd. I had seen online the mac i wanted was on sale at some best buys but he informed me very rudely that I was wrong and when I asked if other stores had the sale he said absolutely not all best buy’s are the same (FALSE). But okay fine you guys don’t have the sale he offered me to finance it which would work for me but of course we get all the way through the process and i can’t do it because im not 18, ok fine waste of time but i guess that makes sense. Then a different guy comes up says I can lease it however it wouldn’t be suitable for someone without a job??? I HAVE A JOB!! And when I told him that he seemed genuinely shocked which was incredibly rude. But again of course we go through the process and I have to be 18 so I leave, frustrated and decided to go to another best buy to get something similar because clearly the costumer service here is lacking. I go to the one in Danvers the staff is incredibly nice I explain how I wanted the mac as I saw it online with the sale but understood it wasn’t possible, BUT GUESS WHAT they had it for the sale price. So your employee completely lied to me and the extremely kind staff member at Danvers said himself you guys are an embarrassment. Train your employees better
