Employee that was working here on 1/24/25 at 630PM at order pickup was highly unprofessional. I was picking up and mind you I bought at most a quantity of 3. He consistently spoke about how I'm probably a scalper (person who buys all stock and sells it for higher). Accusing me of bypassing limit to get more of the items when I indeed have only one purchase and 2 total of the item with a limit of 2. Stated that he cancels and does not sell to other people that he thinks is scalping which honestly I'd be proud of if he wasn't accusing and threatening to cancel peoples' order that aren't. As I was leaving he told the other employees on his earpiece that I was leaving with my items and another employee on the other line asked if I had anything cancelled (I'm assuming they would buy what they cancel). Overall he was unprofessional and he seemed upset that I was able to purchase what I had purchased online. Also, seems that they are cancelling orders and buying it themselves. Employee seems likely to do this with hot items that are selling out fast and seems he would cancel customers orders for his friends to buy them. You guys might want to check your workers here because I sure as hell wouldn't want to work with the guy that processed my pick-up order.

A price match 5 days past requires a STORE VISIT. Cannot speak with manager of the store on the phone says lady on phone. MUST go in. Made my purchase online. WalMart has a better price yet 6 days over the 15 is to much UNLESS I visit a store in person. Lousy customer service. Avoid Best Buy and shop WalMart instead. They would not connect me with the store manager-said they are "to busy" but I can go in and bug him?

Erykah was amazing and helped us out with a very specific issue on both the purchasing side and Best buy credit. She handled the situation with grace and saw it through even though it kept us and her past the store closing. Advisors like Erykah are what will keep in store shopping alive! Thank you very much!

Item pick up did not make scheduled time. Customer service was not helpful in giving me an updated pick up date. Came very close to cancelling the order due to unknown arrival. Fortunately, item was avail for pickup the next day. So, it somehow all worked out, despite customer services uselessness!!
