How do I check product availability at the Tacoma Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Tacoma Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

You can't call Best Buy store. Your call goes to a national call center. I've received info from the call center 2 times and the info they gave me has been incorrect! I went into the store because the call center gal told me the wrong charger cord was in the box with my new phone. Once in the store I was told that she didn't know what she was talking about. I had driven 45 minutes to get to the store to pick up a correct charger for my phone. I asked for the store manager and told him that I was told to come in the store to get the correct charger. He said The charger that came with the phone is the correct one and I needed to buy a block. I asked what he could do for me and he said "NOTHING" Horrible customer service!!!!! They need to get rid of the national customer service people or train them. Best Buy lost my future purchase of a computer and printer.
