No help at all,waited for a while even after I was told someone would help in regards to a phone purchase. Plenty of employees just chatting, walking around or standing there yet a customer who was planning to make a purchase is ignored
I was approached as soon as I walked into the store and asked for what I was looking for and the gentleman brought me right to the item I needed and I was able to get get in and out with my new phone mount for my new vehicle. The reason I really like it is because it also charges my phone. It's a magnet so technically you don't have to use the charging cord if you don't want to.
I have always gotten great service.
Saved myself quite a bit of money buying my TV at Video Only. Called Best Buy near Tacoma Mall just to ask if they might price match Video Only. All I heard was nope & click. Video Only is much cheaper than Best Buy & to get hung up for asking a simple question was rude in my opinion. Best Buy lost a $3000.00 sale because the same TV was quite a bit less at Video Only. The commercials you hear on the radio about checking out Video Only before you buy are 100% valid. Just to get to someone to talk to calling Best Buy takes a bit of time as well. Listening to a computer telling you what you half to do is annoying.
