I normally love Best Buy. They have everything you could possibly want, and more.
However, my visit there with my aunt was just horrible. We waited 1 1/2 hours in line at Customer Service. When we finally were helped, (cause my aunt said something) and just wanted to pay, (can't pay over the phone for some reason) we were told our TV was out of stock. What?
We had to get a different TV. Good thing it was on sale.
Management would not even give us any kind of discount for are troubles either. Hell, not even an apology. I thought that was pretty rude, and not the best way to treat your customers.
The staff was great, and very patient with us. I know none of this was there fault.
Next time we decide to purchase something, we will probably go to Costco. Cheaper, and better Customer Service.

Personnel on the floor are untrained and lazy. I was in the store for about 10 minutes trying to find a product and I kept walking by a group of staff members that were socializing and no one bother to help. I had to go to the service desk.
