Staff was great I had a staff that was very knowledgeable of the questions. I was asking.
So I ordered my girls a tv and mount yesterday wasn’t planning on picking it up til after 5 pm so a couple hours after ordering the tv I received an email stating that my tv was picked up I tried calling the store unfortunately u can’t reach no one at the store it goes to their call center and they can’t do nothing but give you the run around so my husband end up going to the store because he was labeled as the pick up person it took them over an hour to realize that someone else picked up the tv with a similar first name like really do you guys even check IDs never again I rather order from Walmart
I was looking at headphones. Assistant comes up and asks if he can help me. I explain that although this JBL model is blue tooth enabled, what I want to be sure of is that it has a wired connection. Assistant picks up box and looks at it [as I had obviously already done) then pulls out phone, apparently Googling the make/model but says “I don’t know”. I ask if we can open the box and take a look and he tells me it is against policy. He wanders off without saying anything more. I leave the store fuming and swearing never to darken its doors again. I get home and order some nice Sennheiser’s from Amazon. Do they even train the staff with any knowledge of the products? Presumably not. They deserve to go bust.
