The 1-800 number messed up the sale of my Apple watch and I was paying for a warranty on a watch I didn’t have. The 1 800 number was no help at all. I went into the Brentwood store and Gabriel was the most helpful employee I’ve ever worked with. He was able to remedy the issue that was best for both worlds. I’m very thankful for him.

Very rude and dismissive employees. Didn't want to bother helping us and making a sale, getting the attention and simple help was impossible. Left and had a much better experience at Target. No wonder BB isn't doing too well

Deeply disappointed in the fact that I placed an order for an item said it was suppose to take an hour but i understand it’s the holidays and sometimes things are going to take a bit longer. But 4-5 hours and then to say the item wasn’t in stock even tho online it says differently. That part I can look pass but to say I would have too wait 7-10 business days and Christmas is literally Thursday is insane. I feel like you took the money fast … why can’t we just put it back just fast. I pray I am able to receive it sooner. But, it’s no way to get a hold of a worker because everything is automated. Or just confusing. I’m really sad over that yes I am. Because I worked so hard to get this item. So yeah. Enjoy your holidays.

Thank You for reaching out to me honestly I really do appreciate you. Once I was able to speak with someone everything was handled accordingly. I was overwhelmed and beyond frustrated (doesn’t make it right) at how everything was going. i would like to apologize for my reaction towards this situation.
