Best Buy Montgomery

Poor customer service. It takes too long to get assistance or find available items. I went there twice, which wastes time every single time.

Went to this location on their 60th anniversary to obtain one of the gifts cards they advertise on their webpage only to learn the store had 40 available and were sold out. There were no sales and its a stupid store. I never shop there because truthfully its over priced and out dated style. I get better deals elsewhere like down the street at Costco...

My experience was absolutely garbage at Montgomery best buy try to ask a representative for some information on seeing if I can get my headphones replaced seeing if I could just get the head rubber pieces replaced because I've had them for a few years woman was not very knowledgeable about giving me some good information on what was better and what was not woman was not very knowledgeable I would have it no more knowledge on looking for it myself but long story short I decided not to get any new headphones because her knowledge / advice wasn't convincing enough for me to get new headphones then proceeded to head to the photo photography equipment grabbed one of the display cameras that was about two to three hundred dollars there were other cameras that were about you know $1,100 to $1,700 but I wasn't willing to spend that much on a camera so I proceeded to go to the reception desk and ask what are the benefits of this specific camera to see if my phone that I had would be better versus me using that camera that I chose and a lady said that we would send someone that's more knowledgeable into the camera department I sat there for 25 minutes hoping that someone with knowledge about photo photography which never happened and yet the place seemed very empty so they weren't busy it's very hard to find quality workers nowadays that understand what their job description is by providing legendary customer service so I ended up walking out frustrated disappointed and never got what I was coming in to buy.

Had mouse with price tag of $79, but would only sell it for $99. Rude sales people are why you buy from Amazon.
