I've used Best Buy here for many years. I trust their tech ability and they are always available to help. I appreciate the polite, patient and kind attitude toward older ones.

I went to Best Buy today with my elderly mom. I wanted to buy her a Roku Stick. Best Buy keeps their Roku Sticks at the checkout desk. The sales associate at checkout gave off very unwelcoming vibes. She seemed irritated that we were in the store. Very frosty attitude. We didn't do anything to her, so I'm not sure why she was so unpleasant. My mom also noticed her surly demeanor. I have worked in retail for 13 years on commission and I had to leave my problems at home. If I acted like her, my store wouldn't get repeat customers and I would be out of a job. I have no desire to give this store any repeat business. I will shop on Amazon instead.

Walked in to see what gaming PCs were in stock, we left with that and then some. Ken helped with our order and walked us through the different options. He also explained how Geek Squad worked and really went above and beyond during our indecisiveness, aswell as our add on items during checkout. He was very knowledgeable, and it made us feel like we came to the right place. Thanks alot!
