Short on staff,had to walk the store twice to find someone.
Helpful staff. Even though we were unable to locate what I needed in store, they took the time to locate it with different vendors.
We tried to buy a cell phone. We looked for a particular phone which was online showing as available in store. After waiting for a while the manager came and we asked him for that phone, which was not on display. He found it in a closed box. We asked him if we could see it? He answered "No". We have to buy it first, then we can open it. But if we don't like it, there would be a $45 Dollar restocking fee. I am sorry, but that is absolutely ridiculous!!! We also need a new big TV in the future. But after that experience for sure not from Best Buy!!!
Quick returns. No problem,in and out less than 3 minutes. Fast service
