I went to BestBuy cause I knew exactly what I wanted - just an iPad a16 as a gift. Man I waited 30 mins tor assistance. I even had to go to the front cause no employees were around & if they were, they were too busy “stocking” or it just wasn’t their department or mainly in the front just standing around chit chatting. Gave the employee my name cause he asked & he said assistance will come when I go back to the Apple department. Trust nobody came & it was not just me waiting for assistance. So I gave up waiting & I ordered it online thinking they could just find my order & retrieve it. NOPE had to come back an hour & half later. If you want to get something from here, just do it online cause they WILL NOT help you.

I placed an order before the store even opened and still haven’t gotten any update on my item and it was a curbside order. This really is my last time shopping with Best Buy.

Brought a Razer Wolverine V3 Controller from here everything works fine but the Right Trigger is a litter worn out idk if its because that's how it was made or it was used but Thank God it Still Works Amen 🙏
