How do I check product availability at the Folsom Best Buy?

How do I check my order status?

Worst buy it should be called. Terrible experience trying to price match a fridge from Lowe’s and having it rejected at first then told me the model number isn’t right after even though it looks exactly the same. I have no idea why they would reject the price match at first even though their own policy says they have to honor it. It ended up being an older version of the same fridge which they should’ve told me to begin with instead of saying they can’t match Lowe’s price. It would help if they had more clarity at first so there wasn’t any confusion. Went to Costco after and got the same model newer version for $1200 off instead of paying full price at Best Buy I mean worst buy.
