They are trying to sell anything. We went to pick up an open box TV and they started to talk to us to buy a sound bar and a stand! Too much information. People do their research, you don't need to give more than enough information. Also they recommended 85"+ stand ($160) for a 55" tv which you can get a stand for 20-30 bucks anywhere. Trying to sell no matter what!

No wonder They're going out of business... They have the worst customer service. The Manager gives the worst reason why they can't do one thing or another... they take us for fools. I think he's a fool and doesn't know anything about customer service, and how to keep customers. We're not Stupid... please don't act like we are. I will keep purchasing from other retailers and online stores, before I purchase from them. Better deals and better customer service online or even on ebay.
