Do NOT come to the Corona Best Buy. This store is hostile, unprofessional, and discriminatory. The manager and staff refused to sell to me, threatened me, and treated me with pure arrogance. I’ve shopped at other Best Buys and received kindness and respect, so the problem is clearly with THIS location and their manager.
I have already reported their behavior to higher-level management and hope they will take corrective action. I also discovered that many other customers have had issues with this same manager.
Save yourself the stress and shop anywhere else.

I recently purchased a replacement wine fridge from Best Buy after my original unit stopped cooling. During the warranty period I was told I had to bring it into the store for service, which wasn’t convenient. By the time I finally decided, the warranty had expired and a repairman told me fixing it would cost more than buying new. Since it was a custom size built into my cabinets, I purchased the exact same model again.
Unfortunately, the experience of picking it up wasn’t smooth. The fridge looked like it would fit in my SUV, but the box was much larger than the actual unit. Shipping to my home wasn’t offered as an option — otherwise, I would have gladly paid extra to have it delivered and replaced at home. Since that wasn’t possible, I asked about unboxing it to fit, but the staff told me they wouldn’t touch it if I chose to unbox. This left me struggling alone in the parking lot to unpack and load it myself.
The product itself is great, and I appreciate that Best Buy had the exact model I needed. But the lack of shipping options and flexibility during pickup made the process stressful and inconvenient. A little more customer support at this stage would have made a huge difference.
