We went in to try in person the Meta 3 and 3s. They had a display but the representative could not get the headset to work andntge 3s was a display model only. Since we couldn't try it we didn't buy it.

Bought an electric scooter for almost 800.00 in October 2024. Due to the roads here, had a tire issue and went to find a replacement on island and online. The tire is 10.5×2.5 and cannot be found anywhere. This scooter is now a paperweight. Figured I'd call Best Buy to see if they have a supplier or carry them. Wait time states one hour. OK, bet. Look at Google. Says on the live activity that the store "is not that busy? Literally still on hold. Over an hour. I've been to this store multiple times. They are obviously not too busy to answer a call. Not only was I scammed, but they have the shitiest service. Now it's an hour 9 minutes. I shouldn't have to go to the store in person to get service.

Dropped off my PC because it wasn’t turning on. They held my PC for 8 days until they called me to tell me the problem. We fixed the issue and I purchased the part that needed to be replaced. I picked up my PC and everything seemed to be perfect until I got home and it still wouldn’t turn on. So then I had to drive all the way back to Best Buy, wait in line, then finally got to work with the same guy who helped me previously. We got it working and again I thought all was fine. Then I get home and my PC can turn on but now my HDMI ports aren’t sending a signal to my monitors. The monitors and cables work fine on other devices. So now after dropping it off and waiting 8-10 days and about $200 I have to go back for the 3rd time in 24 hours and have them “fix” it again. I was better off just not dropping it off in the first place, at least then I’d still have my money
