How do I check product availability at the Aiea Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Aiea Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Staff was friendly and helpful but they seem extremely short staffed. (My visit was not peak hours, 7pm arrival)
I had to wait 45mins for someone to check me out when purchasing a new unlocked cell phone. They were very knowledgeable and answered my questions but I think management should support their floor staff by hiring more help or effective leaders to run the floor.

Looks smaller on outside but so much bigger inside. Walked in with a laundry list of things to find but the staff was super friendly in directing us in the right direction. Only problem I had was checking out. Store wasn't busy and it was only 11am but cashiers were super nonchalant and unfriendly. I was purchasing a powerbank with the option of the 3-year warranty and when it popped up for me to accept it, he immediately declined it and didn't say a word. Probably just because it was still early and they just opened so I let it slide.

My 1-star review got deleted somehow so just dropping by to renew it. They botched my order worth thousands and made me jump through hoops to fix it, which never did get fixed.
