Great product once received and setup. Received the product from a person named "M"in the bakersfield location and the whole transaction it seemed to be forced as if she didn't want anything to do with anybody in my line. "M" completely acted as if she didn't want to be there. And you could see it in her face and her expressions as well as her interaction with the customer before me. BEST BUY Managers Please take this with that's much courtesy as you can , " M" needs to be placed in a location where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Other than that, the store employees around the store. We're very helpful and kind.

Walked in no one helped me. Was looking for a printer I asked for assistance they said they didn’t work in that department and called it in for someone else to assist me I waited patiently 20 minutes passed most of electronics workers were free and seemed like they purposely avoided to help me. Bad customer service I’ll rather do my own research and purchase else where
