I was told by my cellphone provider to go to best buy for viruses removal. After standing in line for 30 minutes only to be told they no longer assist with that service. Signed Frustrated 😠

Didn't have what we needed, layout is too open and too much wasted space. It's confusing.
Absolutely unacceptable. I purchased a brand-new Samsung Galaxy Book Pro that arrived with a dented keyboard. Less than 24 hours later, Best Buy Bakersfield flat-out refused to exchange it, accusing me of “dropping something on it” instead of standing behind their product. That’s not customer service, that’s blame shifting.
I’ve spent well over $10,000 at Best Buy in recent years for both personal and business purchases. This is the thanks I get? Their so-called “customer service” manager was dismissive, condescending, and completely useless. If this is how they treat loyal, high-value customers, I shudder to imagine how they treat everyone else.
A retailer that refuses to stand by the merchandise it sells has no business being in business. I will never shop at Best Buy again.
Frankly, I look forward to the day Amazon drives this dishonest, careless operation into the ground.
