When you come into Best Buy, you’re going to want to ask for Frank! He is my go to guy, he helped me with everything that I needed. I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes. I bought a new laptop and bought a screen protector. 10 out of 10 reviews, I will always come back and deal with Frank! Thank you. 💖

Always clean, workers are always helpful, usually theres a wait time to check out or pick up online orders, but luckily, this time, we didn't have to wait.

I came into the store around 8:30 PM when it wasn't busy, and there were few customers. I followed the instructions by scanning the QR code to join the queue, but after waiting for 20 minutes with no assistance, I approached the staff member at the entrance. He told me that no one could help me at the moment because the person assigned to AT&T was busy with another customer, even though I could see it wasn't very busy. I patiently waited again and then noticed a lady at the customer service desk. When I approached her, she seemed irritated and asked if I just wanted to activate a phone or buy one. I politely responded that I was looking to upgrade, but she didn’t even look at me and clearly dismissed me. As a customer, I felt disrespected and ignored. This isn’t my first visit to this branch, but this lady, who I assume has a position of authority, was rude and unwilling to help. I’m really disappointed, and I hope things improve in the future.
