Store is easy to navigate. I appreciate the fact that I can go in and see several different things on display and compare things side by side.
I ordered a microwave and a range from Best Buy, and both arrived damaged. The microwave had a huge dent, and the range was also visibly damaged. I contacted customer service right away, expecting a return or exchange, but they refused to take responsibility. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to spend good money on appliances only to be stuck with defective products and no support. I will not be shopping at Best Buy again.
This place has really good help. They have different radio scanners
The worst customer service ever. They hire students that are not trained to do the job and do not care about the customers. Last experience a worker made me wait because she had to buy accessories for her camera... unbelievable...
