Geek squad can't get appointments right. Had an appointment for Saturday 9-1, after getting confirmation, on Saturday they changed the time to 11-3. The next appointment, I had a last minute issue & was going to be home in a few minutes. The installation guys showed up knocked & left, no phone call, no hanging out for a few minutes, just left. It's not worth the headache to deal with this business.
Cole helped me out with my purchase of a new monitor, mouse, and adapter. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He was mindful of my budget and tech requirements and I left very satisfied with my purchase!! Thanks so much Cole!!
Ordered a TV online. Open box in "excellent" condition. It arrived well packaged and safe. But when I opened it, it was missing the rubber pads from one of the legs, and the remote. NO REMOTE! Also the TV hadn't been reset so it was still in Display mode, but that was easily fixed.
I've spent the last hour calling BB corporate and the Ocala location (where it was apparently shipped from) to see if someone can send me the remote. Instead I was wither bounced around from extension to extension to corporate to customer service, and back again. Only to be told that it was open-box so I should just buy a new remote.
You guys suck.
