I took my perfectly good iPhone to have the back glass replaced in August 2025. They messed up my phone during this replacement and after several months of hours and hours and appointments they decided to give me refurb phone and more months they can’t get it on service because there’s a problem unlocking it. I was sent away from the store twice with no service and for me to figure out. It is now December .Finally when our carrier worked with us they couldn’t unlock it either so we had to buy a new phone so I could have service while I travelled. We asked the store to refund our original repair because they broke my phone and just left me hanging. They refused this and gave us back a worthless phone. It cost me over $1000 because I trusted this “ not too genius” staff. I am disgusted with this and will never do business with this company and especially the geek squad at Ocala, FL store!

Pickup was a long line of at least 12 that took quite a while, but by the time I got to my turn, my pickup was quick and the employee was courteous, plus they had what I needed. So, it was all good! I would go to this location again.
