very friendly, beautiful displays, and more selection than most.
definitely a place I'd shop or work
No customer service at ALL. Went into the store for a new computer and TV. could not fine any one to help. Did fine a person and I was told he would get someone, after 45 minutes no one. If you need to buy something FINE AOYHER STORE. I would give minus 5 if I could.

Absolutely horrible! Trying to get help with a buying a washer. The customer service of getting something done was the worst place I have been too! When I did finally find a young woman she was helpful but not getting anywhere either! Then a young man walked by and said he would come back and help her the washer up front to get loaded! Which did do. Obviously does are not about same day service! That's the terrible thing about buying anything bigger than a bread box! Another lady was there because she bought a stove, that has to be brought back for repairs and she was full of the waiting game! Where is customer service? People don't want to shop or buy anymorebecause you can't get any help, but they will offer to take your money right away! I hope I don't have to buy anything again! Never reforming!
