Bestbuy, count your days. What a waste of my time. On 7/26/25. Went to the store in Downey. Ca to get a ps4 controller and the free rocket fish charging cable. Th rocket fish cable was $5.00, and the store system would not allow me to get free promotion in person. Ok, no problem. I purchased it online and was told to wait 45 minutes. Left came back with a notification of "order ready." Picked up my order, and I am missing the cable. The store associate said someone else bought it, and I had mine on back order. Wait, what? I said, "Give me my money back," and left the store. 15 mins later at Games stop, bought 2 controllers with no cable, but that's ok. My money is less than dust compared to all sales orders of the day, but however, they did not get money. Best Buy is there to sell items, and that is it. Bypass the system and give the customer the items and be done with it.
The customer service is amazing. I always come back here to purchase everything I need electronically!
