Every single time I’ve gone to this store and asked to buy pokemon cards the cashiers act so annoyed they even have to help you. Like every single one has acted visible irritated I’ve even been asked to step aside so they can “help someone who actually needs to be helped” like what does that mean. Why sell them if you’re gonna treat people like crap for buying them.

About the same as usual. The guy in the computer section checked on us as we came into his department. Answered questions we had and allowed us to shop and offered more assistance as we needed it. Not much in the hardwired headphones department, but a decent experience. It's good to see nice chairs in the computer repair center where I used to have to stand.
Great experience picking up my new iPhone and AirPods. Service was quick, staff were friendly, and everything was ready when I arrived. The store layout is consistent and easy to navigate, just what you expect from Best Buy. Always a smooth, reliable experience — I’ll definitely shop here again.
