Had to set up an account to write this review. Geek squad took off my broken phone screen protector before telling me they couldn’t put on my replacement and I have to go to Apple in OKC. Geek squad used to actually be helpful. Upset with the unprofessionalism
Customer service was horrible.
Had a great time there at Best Buy ,very helpful employee’s ,were willing to give suggestions to problems , as well as solutions. Thanks to Braxton , as well as cannon and peat . I will come back for future purchases.
