The staff was very helpful but when I was checking out I found out that Windows was not already on my device and I had to purchase a subscription for (1) year for $ but if I signed up for their membership I would get a credit for part of the amount and if I spent over a certain amount I would get more credit which would cover my (1) year subscription.... I was not happy about this but, I did purchase since it was a gift. Then when the guys were telling me about the membership... I found out that it was actually applying for a Best Buy cc and that was not cool either.. I spend more than double what I had planned on paying on a new purchase even though I got 18 months interest free that did soften the blow of the higher sticker price... which I am sure the associates get paid on commission??? Overall it wasn't a bad experience but I wish they would explain some of their programs better before you get to the checkout and it taking a lot longer to purchase something that looking around and narrowing down what you can afford and then have to go through all this to make a purchase.. Like I said they guys that did help me were very helpful and informative except on the programs prior to the purchase.
