Literally tried to scam me outta $500, took the same phone to apple and apple quoted me out at $100. Do not recommend.

I can't believe the neglect I'm experiencing! I bought a dishwasher at Best Buy in Norma, they scheduled the installation and delivery AND NEITHER SHOWED UP NOR GAVE ANY UPDATE! I went to the store to find out what happened, and they didn’t even know. They scheduled again for a week later, and again, no shows or notifications. I went back to the store, and they told me a part was missing for the installation. They rescheduled for two weeks from now, and I’m already fed up with this lack of responsibility! This is horrible service, even worse customer care, and total disregard for the customer or the agreements made. I do NOT recommend it to anyone, it was a terrible choice to buy there!

Bought a $2500 dollar tv. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, but then got pushed to Friday. No communication from the company here. Then it got delayed again to next Wednesday, no communication again. I called in and talked to 3 different reps and all three had different reasons to why it was not delivered. 1st: the truck broke down, 2nd : delay in warehouse, 3rd: the tv was dropped and the tv is being checked for damage. Well if the tv was dropped then I should be able to inspect it when it shows up and in case there is damage the company should take it back ? Agent says yes for $100 extra as return fee. So Best Buy, take some accountability if you are going to be in the customer service business. Thanks for sending me to your competitor
