Had to hunt down a salesman, but they were easy to find huddled up around the counter. Once I got someones attention to assist me he was rude, efficient but rude. Offered no assistance with loading my purchase. It was like he couldn't wait till he was done with the sale. I couldn't believe how fast he and all the salesmen disappeared and left the only lady salesperson at the counter.

Ordered an item from Amazon, pick up same day at Best Buy. Went very smoothly, item was ready within an hour. Simple transaction!
I walked in the door and two wonderful gentlemen were right there to help me. I was in and out in about 15 minutes tops. Excellent experience!!!!!
