Brought my son Christmas shopping for PC gaming headphones for his older brother. We weren’t getting much help in the computer section—apparently the associate there wasn’t having the best day—so we decided to leave.
On our way out, I asked a sweet employee named Brandon about the original Super Mario Brothers. It was like we said magic words that instantly caught Lucas’ attention. He lit up with this cute little grin and was genuinely excited to help us.
Both Brandon and Lucas were incredibly kind, and I’m pretty sure Lucas will be talking about the customer who came in looking for a video game from the 80s! They completely turned the experience around and made up for the Grinch in the computer section.
Grateful for employees who go the extra mile! 🎄✨
My visit there was with Geek Squad. The wait in line was about 2 minutes. The overall service was spectacular.
It was easy to make an appointment through the "chat". And once we arrived, we got our help quickly at the geek desk.
The technicians were very knowledgable. Thank you!
