Horrible service. Had a 12:20 appointment for help with my iPad, arrived 3 minuets after at 12:23 and the guy with long hair a beard and glasses was helping another customer, not a big deal. He asked if I was with the guy he was helping and I said no. It took him 40 minuets to try and order the customer a remote for his Apple TV. Another lady came in and said her appointment was at 12:40… sat down next to us. He begins to help her and I said “excuse me we had a 12:30 appointment” he goes “we don’t do appointments on the half hour…. What’s your name” I told him my name and he acts annoyed asking me what I’m there for, I said to reset my iPad and maybe he can just get mine set up then continue to help her. He goes in a snobby voice “there’s more to it than just setting it up, I’m going to need a bunch of information first” then I said “okay fine I’ll come back another time” and he finally says “no, I can get it started for you” as I begin to walk away. WHY give all of the grief and attitude if you’re finally going to agree to do your job after treating me like a huge inconvenience?

Ñot the same store as in past years. You can't call and reach anyone at the local store anymore. Then when you go back to the store the person you talked the day before does not work that day. Call center people struggle to speak English.
