If I could give 0 Stars I would!! Don't waste your time going to this location. The manager doesn't care about helping you and the poor employees have no idea what's going on or know where anything is. Geek squad tried to help but the manger just shut it down and basically told me nothing he can do after spending 700 on a speaker that was brand new out the box didn't work(due to a manufacturing problem got sent out and sent back) ,had a protection plan, but still had to spend more money just to get it replaced!!!! And customer service straight up told me it all depends on the manager and what they're willing to do to help me and how they're feeling that day and I have to go in the store if I want to talk to anyone. Couldn't talk to a single person over the phone who works at any store location!!! Best Buy you'll never get another dollar from me !!!

Place feels like a drag and the workers are always on about some new membership. I dont blame them though, just wish their corporations overlords shut the hell up about it lol. Honestly make sure you check amazon first then price match to get the best deal.

After spending thirty minutes going through a very poor online and telephone system, I was able to make an appointment to have the Geek Squad repair a paper jam in my printer. I explained the nature of my problem to the person who helped me make the appointment. When I arrived at the Geek Squad in Holland Michigan, I was informed that Best Buy will not work on paper jams in printers. I AM A TOTAL TECH MEMBER, BUT MY MEMBERSHIP GETS ME NO BENEFITS WITH REGARD TO REPAIRS OF THIS PRINTER PROBLEM. The entire experience from making an appointment and showing up for it was a miserable experience. I am going to cancel my total tech membership and purchase my electronics elsewhere. GOODBYE BEST BUY.
