I ordered Apple AirPods from BestBuy on June 11 as a birthday gift, with delivery promised by June 13. The money was supposed to be charged AFTER I got my package — guess what? The AirPods never showed up, but the money was immediately taken from my account. I called customer service multiple times — no real help, just endless calls and an automated email telling me to “wait until June 26” and then I could maybe request a refund if the package didn’t magically appear. Well, June 27 came. No AirPods. No money back. Nothing. I had to waste my time going to a BestBuy store in person — they looked up my order, shrugged, and told me the order was cancelled. But they still had my money! The best answer they could give me? “Wait until August 26 to get your refund.” So let’s sum this up: No product. Money gone for months. Zero accountability. Useless, careless customer service. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank because BestBuy clearly didn’t care. Never again. If you want to lose money, time, and your mind — order online from BestBuy. If not, STAY AWAY.

My Verizon cell phone literally came apart during a recent trip to Puerto Rico. Since VZW doesn't have service on the island, I struggled to find a way to repair or replace my Google Pixel 6 phone. Fortunately, there is a Best Buy store in San Juan, which was "only" 2.5 hours from my Rincon hotel. I made the trek to Best Buy and found a young, English-speaking associate who hooked me up with a Pixel 9 Pro XL, swapped out my SIM card, and had me up-and-running in less than an hour. I felt fortunate, indeed, to have found this Best Buy store. They basically salvaged the last five days of my vacation.

Very pathetic store. I ordered an open box Samsung S90D 48 inch TV, order number ending -57362. I went there to pick it up only after receiving the email that my item is ready for pick up. But they lost my item. I stayed there for complete one hour while store rep and the manager tried to look for it. Finally after an hour store manager said that, seems one of his employees may have messed it up. I believe probably they sold it to someone else and their own store team may have picked it up. According to the manager, my TV was on the wall and it was replaced by another newer model tv just few days ago. Moreover without even giving me the item, they marked it that “item was picked up by the customer”. That’s another level of callousness and unprofessional behavior. Eventually I have to virtually return an item which I never received and now I am awaiting refund. While the store people showed no concern about it, as it’s a usual everyday thing for them, not even offering any replacement or other solution. I just felt pity for them. I wasted two hours of my time to get nothing. No wonder why Best Buy’s stocks are falling apart and the company is at verge of bankruptcy! Shame on Best Buy! Never going back there again.
