Best Buy Rock Hill

I will never be buying from Best Buy again. I bought a laptop on my $2000 Best Buy credit card for school, got my dad's afterwards so went to return it within 30 days. Never set it up, had box and everything with it. Told I couldn't refund it because it was over 15 days- but was told I could get stores credit. I was hesitant so they spoke to their manager (who not ONCE spoke to me at all this entire time.) she the tells me I could buy a $50 subscription to get my money back. I decline and ask for store credit which they then go back on?? Tried calling Customer Support since the manager does want to talk with customers apparently. Terrible experience. So I bit the bullet and got the terrible subscription to get any money back. To which I immediately canceled afterwards. The only good part of this was the person in chat refunded me the subscription. I have never once in my life decided to never shop anywhere, but I will never buy from Best Buy again. I would have been upset but could have at least sucked it up if: 1. I wasn't offered store credit and then told never-ending. 2. If the manager (heavy-set white woman on first) could have told me ANYTHING herself. So, never using that card again. And I'll buy from Microcenter or Amazon for anything going forward. Also again, customer support is worthless. Don't even bothering calling, but dont expect any better in person.

I came in looking for a new Washer/Dryer combo. I had done quite a bit of research prior to coming in, but was amazed with the customer service by Alexander. He patiently spent time going through some of the features and subtle differences between brands. Very knowledgable -- he made a tough and expensive purchase more enjoyable.
