I had an absolutely terrible experience with this store. I placed an online order for pickup, and even after waiting over two hours, my order was still not ready. When I contacted customer service, they assured me the items were in stock. However, when I arrived at the store, I was told they didn’t have the inventory.
This level of incompetence and lack of communication is unacceptable. Not only did I waste my time, but the customer service was completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. If you value your time and expect basic efficiency, avoid shopping here at all costs. I will not be returning.
