Prices are way higher than anywhere else. Their customer service is slow and don't know what they are doing. Will be the last time I ever order anything from best buy. I'm actually shocked people still shop here and they aren't closed down yet. This is where you go when you want to get ripped off.

Best buy blows and has always blown. I decided to give them another shot which was the biggest mistake. Ordered $180 worth of neca horror figures which my son collects and it was end of school gift. First 2 arrived damaged with zero packaging or protection . I go on their site to put a return and cancel the rest of my order before they also arrived damaged. Getting an error page saying we're sorry, something went wrong. There is a reason your sales are declining each year. Overpriced and Just don't care about the customer.
