I bought a 40 inch insignia TV online. It was a open box but I chose excellent. When the tv arrived I put my HDMI cord and turned it on the tv smelt like it was burning and it had lines over the screen. I unplugged it so I could return it then I put HDMI cord in my other TV and it destroyed my 32 inch I purchased in the past. I'm very angry did the geek squad check this tv out. Best buy need to do better by it's customers.

Literally some of the best customer service I have ever had on planet earth. there was a little mishap on their end - not the end of the world. But the Manager and employee I dealt with were apologetic, honest and went above and beyond to make the situation right... most importantly: the TV I finally ended up with is incredible. Made my weekend. Thank you
