Ivan works with the Geek Squad @ this Best Buy location. He walked me through getting my computer back & running after I moved. It was experiencing some technical difficulties & user error & he held my hand through the issues, at no convenience or financial gain to himself, for an hour.
This dude rocks & he’s relatable.

I made a date and time I hit the drone service on your app I’ll bring my drone in to the geek squad and of course they do not fix drones so I don’t even know why you would even have a Drone app to click on in your app. It’s senseless took me a half hour out my way just to come up here to hear them that they can’t fix my Drone here and they don’t fix drones so fix an update everything on your website and everything so people don’t waste your time like I did 2025 July
