When calling the store customers will now hear prompts allowing them to press 1 for store hours, press 2 for directions to our store, press 3 for our sales operators and press 4 to check on the status of a Geek Squad Service Order. Also, when 8 is pressed, it will allow you to dial the 4 digit extension number for a particular department within our store. Even more exciting, during the times that we are busy assisting customers, you will now be prompted with the option of being transferred to another store for assistance on pricing and availability!
