Regret purchasing from Best Buy. Instead of shipping to my home insisted I had to pickup even though I live 30 miles away. Tried calling store and get someone from another country who told me the store has no direct lines there and you can't speak to an associate. And he couldn't get me a time to pick up. I have to wait on a email.
