I bought an iPhone online, but somehow, the trade-in process didn't gonthough. So, I went to this store to get it straightened out. The store refused to exchange a product for the purchase price and stated that the promotion was over, so even though I bought it for a cheaper price, they won't add the trade-in and then sell me back the same phone for the same price!

Online purchases went smoothly. However, I ordered the GPU and PSU that were listed in stock. Midway to the Valley Stream store I've received an email saying Psu is not available for pickup. Why do I need one without a second one? OK. I requested pickup location for psu be changed from Valley Stream to Gateway. 2hr later these folks couldn't sort it out claiming payment didn't go through (I already picked GPU from valley stream store which was the same order). Customer support said everything was ok. Canceled order altogether.
Was good great price for what I wanted
It was a ok visit. They did not have what I was looking for
