The reason why am I giving a one star is because they need to do better when it comes to their Pokémon product drops. I made the line yesterday to buy some cards and multiple people on the line had empty chairs. One guy who was in front of me, had a chair and then six people came. How is that fair to people who came early and just standing there. I brought it to attention of the staff. Even though they understood my frustration they said they couldn’t do anything. All they could do is post a sign on entrance of the store saying “no place holding on the line” I find this to be unacceptable because I have been to other Best Buy’s who reinforce the no place holding policy. They either have an employee walking the line and if they see an empty chair they tell the person to remove it. Or they hand out tickets to people who are standing in line. If people show up later and didn’t get a ticket they go to the back of the line. I do like that only allow 10 at a time to come into the store to keep things controlled but they have to implement other things so it’s fair for all the customers.
