No sense of urgency. Cancelled Geek Squad In-house Tv installation the day before without notice. I don’t work at McDonald’s and I had to move things around on my schedule to make the appointment they so callously cancelled. No worries, I will have Amazon install my new TV. Best Buy will never get another dime from me. I will buy from Amazon, eBay or the manufacturer directly. This type of apathy & laziness will be why there will be mass layoffs and workers replaced by AI/automation.
