ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE! RUN, DON'T WALK, FROM THIS CROOKED BUSINESS!
I am beyond furious. Best Buy is running a complete scam operation. I bought a washer/dryer combo, paid them my hard-earned money, and expected a normal delivery and installation. Instead, the delivery team lifted the machine up and down stairs. They then put the machine into the exact middle of my living room, dropped it there, and flat-out refused to move it to its proper place. They literally walked out and left my house in a total mess! On the way out they promised the office would dispatch another team of more movers that would move the unit into place. This is routine business they said.
When I called customer service, the nightmare got even worse. I spoke to several different agents, and every single one of them lied to me. I got a web of completely disconnected, nonsense stories that made absolutely no sense. No one took responsibility, no one helped, and no one cared.
The worst part? NOT A SINGLE WORD of this was mentioned before they eagerly took my money. They hide their garbage policies until they have your cash, and then they abandon you.
Do not trust this crooked, disgusting business. Save yourself the stress, the anger, and the ruined home. Buy from literally anywhere else!
